Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing. Online estimates are preliminary. Your final flat price is confirmed by text before your scheduled slot and covers labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees for the described items. Undisclosed items or access issues may change the price — we'll tell you before we start, never after.

Scheduling. Pickups run in 2-hour arrival windows, seven days a week. Same-day windows require at least two hours' notice before the window opens. Cancel free up to two hours before your window; later cancellations may incur a $50 fee.

What we take. We cannot accept hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, propane, asbestos) or wet garbage. Mattresses and other MA-regulated items are recycled per state law; their prices include the required fees.

Payment. Due on completion by card, Venmo, or cash. No payment is collected at booking.

Liability. We are an insured operation. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our crew during service, up to the value of the service performed.
