What we collect. When you request a quote or book a pickup we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, pickup address, photos of items you text us, and details about your junk. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via cookies.

How we use it. To price your job, schedule your pickup, text you arrival windows and confirmations, and improve our service and advertising. We may use aggregate, non-identifying data to measure ad performance.

Texting. By texting us or submitting your number, you agree to receive service-related texts about your pickup (quotes, confirmations, arrival windows). Reply STOP anytime to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing spam.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run the business (e.g., payment processing, analytics) or when required by law.

Retention. Booking records are kept for accounting and service history. Text a request to the number below to have your information deleted.
